ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL: Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered. 

DELIVERY TIMES: Most purchases are delivered automatically. In some cases, delivery may take time due to server delays or maintenance. Please open a support ticket if you experience issues. 

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES: Any chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent payment claims will result in a permanent ban from Black Tide RP and all associated services until the issue is resolved. 

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY: You are responsible for entering the correct account information when purchasing. Black Tide RP is not responsible for purchases made to incorrect accounts.

SERVER RULES STILL APPLY: Purchasing VIP, coins, or any package does not exempt players from following server rules. Staff reserve the right to punish or remove players who break rules regardless of purchases made.

 CHANGES TO PACKAGES: Black Tide RP reserves the right to modify, remove, or rebalance items, perks, rewards, or packages at any time to maintain server balance and fairness. 

NO PAY-TO-WIN GUARANTEE: Purchases are intended to enhance the roleplay experience and support the server. We aim to keep gameplay fair for all players.

 VIP STORE & COINS :  Black Tide Coins and VIP rewards are virtual in-game items with no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
