BLACKTIDE RP — VIP SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 9 October 2026
By purchasing a Blacktide RP VIP Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Subscription Payments and Renewals
1.2. Payments are processed through Tebex using the payment methods available at checkout.
1.3. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next scheduled payment.
1.4. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Applicable taxes and payment charges are shown at checkout.
1.5. Blacktide RP reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
- Blacktide Coin Rewards
2.2. Coins are awarded once per successful billing period, not each time a player reconnects, cancels or changes their subscription.
2.3. Cancelling and repurchasing a subscription does not entitle a player to duplicate coin rewards for the same billing period.
2.4. Coins already legitimately awarded remain in the player’s account following subscription cancellation or expiry, subject to applicable server rules.
2.5. Blacktide Coins are virtual in-game currency, have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for real-world money.
2.6. Fraudulently obtained or incorrectly duplicated coins may be removed following investigation.
- Subscription Benefits
3.2. Benefits may include queue priority, XP multipliers, VIP housing access, plate-changing entitlements and additional character slots, depending on the selected subscription.
3.3. VIP benefits are not permanently owned and are not transferable between players or accounts.
3.4. Queue priority improves a player’s position in the server queue but does not guarantee immediate connection, server availability or an available player slot.
3.5. XP multipliers apply only to eligible in-game progression systems configured to support them.
- Cancellation and Expiry
4.2. Cancelling stops future automatic renewals.
4.3. Under the standard cancellation policy, subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
4.4. Once the paid membership expires, ongoing VIP benefits are automatically removed.
4.5. Cancellation does not grant additional Blacktide Coins, extend membership duration or create a new reward entitlement.
4.6. Where an immediate termination or refund is separately agreed, the associated membership benefits may end on the agreed termination date, subject to applicable law.
- VIP Housing and Character Slots
5.2. Upon subscription expiry, players may lose access to VIP housing features associated with their membership.
5.3. Additional character slots are accessible only while the required subscription remains active.
5.4. Character data will not be intentionally deleted solely because a subscription expires. Characters exceeding the default slot allowance may become temporarily inaccessible.
5.5. Players are responsible for managing their in-game possessions and character arrangements before their membership expires.
- Plate Changers
6.2. Entitlements are limited to the specified number of uses during each billing period.
6.3. Unused entitlements do not accumulate or carry over to future billing periods.
6.4. Plate changes already completed are not automatically reversed following subscription expiry.
- Subscription Abuse and Fraud
7.2. Creating multiple accounts or manipulating subscription renewals to obtain unauthorised rewards may result in an investigation.
7.3. Blacktide RP may suspend access to affected benefits while investigating suspected fraud or abuse.
7.4. Confirmed abuse may result in removal of fraudulently obtained benefits, account restrictions or server bans, subject to applicable law.
7.5. Legitimate cancellation, refund requests and the exercise of consumer rights are not considered subscription abuse.
- Refunds and Consumer Rights
8.2. Change-of-mind refunds are not automatically provided unless required by law or expressly offered by Blacktide RP.
8.3. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8.4. Players experiencing missing benefits, incorrect coin allocations or payment issues should open a support ticket through the official Blacktide RP Discord.
- Server Rules and Availability
9.2. Purchasing a subscription does not provide immunity from staff enforcement, suspensions or bans.
9.3. Server maintenance, restarts, updates and unexpected outages may temporarily affect access to subscription benefits.
9.4. Any remedies for service interruptions will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the interruption.
- Subscription Changes
10.2. Material changes to paid subscription benefits will be communicated appropriately, with any required consumer remedies provided.
10.3. Players should review the benefits displayed on the applicable Tebex product page before purchasing or renewing.
