Black Tide RP – Fini Whitelist Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this One-Off Fini Whitelist, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • This purchase is a one-time opportunity and is considered your first and final chance to return to Black Tide RP.
  • If you are detected cheating, exploiting, using third-party software, or violating our server rules by Fini Anti-Cheat or Black Tide RP Staff, your whitelist will be permanently revoked.
  • Any permanent removal resulting from cheating or exploitation is final. No refunds, appeals, or further whitelist purchases will be accepted.
  • Purchasing this whitelist does not grant immunity from staff investigations or anti-cheat detections.
  • Any attempt to bypass bans, evade detection, use alternate accounts, or otherwise circumvent Black Tide RP systems will result in a permanent ban from the community.
  • This whitelist is non-transferable and is valid only for the account and identifiers provided at the time of purchase.
  • Black Tide RP Management reserves the right to deny or revoke access where sufficient evidence of cheating, exploitation, or malicious behaviour exists.
  • By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand this is your one and only opportunity to return to Black Tide RP and that any future cheating or serious rule violations will result in a permanent ban with no option to purchase another Fini Whitelist.

⚠️ NOTE: If you are blacklisted by FINI, this may affect our ability to add you to the whitelist. We will need to contact FINI, and this process may take up to 48 hours.

Your whitelist is not guaranteed. If FINI refuses to remove your blacklist, you will need to open a support ticket directly with FINI. No refunds will be available in this situation—purchase at your own risk.

Zero tolerance means zero second chances. Play fairly, respect the community, and enjoy your final opportunity to be part of Black Tide RP.
